What data and alerts does veLink transmit on the NMEA 2000 network?

Each supported device connected to veLink can transmit up to four NMEA 2000 PGNs (Battery Status, DC Detailed Status, Charger Status, DC Voltage/Current), depending on the type of device and the data it provides.

In addition to data transmission, veLink also generates two types of alerts:

  • Victron Alerts – These relay the alarms that have been configured within the Victron device and the VictronConnect app.
  • Device Not Seen Alert – Generated if veLink has not received any data from a connected device for more than 30 seconds, indicating that the device may be offline, out of range, or powered off.
